Today I demonstrate how to warm up your knees along with a full body warm-up for the perfect dynamic stretching to take you from rest to ready.

Warming up is incredibly important and many people skip over warming up their knees. I added in the full body warmup because it is likely that you are not going to work ONLY on your knees.

But when you have knee issues, this is the warm-up for you.
