Your quadricep muscles are the front of thigh muscles that are responsible for straightening your knee.

You'll see the progression from beginner exercises through advancement to the goblet squat and why strengthening your quadriceps is so important for strengthening your knee.

There are a jillion exercises for quads, but in this video I focus on the essential ones to take you through a progression.
