YES it is true. Your core strength can effect your knees and other aches and pains you may have because of an imbalance in strength. Let's just say you are favoring one leg. Then your hip gets wonky...then this can affect your low back. If you have a weak core, you are subject to back pain because of your knee issue. Let's prevent that by helping your core get stronger. There are about a million ways to work your core - here are just a few of my favorites...
