This is my favorite release ever for a deep pelvic muscle called the Piriformis that can get very tight from doing a lot of sitting.
Try this out - all you need is a tennis ball or racquet ball or lacrosse ball.
You may notice an immediate relief of low back strain or side of leg pain.
